お土産、気に入ったお茶をその場でお求めいただけます。
※時期により、新茶に切り替わっていない場合があります。ご了承ください。
You can purchase your favorite tea on the spot. Shizuoka teas make great souvenirs!
*Please note that depending on the time of year, the tea may not have been switched over to new tea. Please understand.

＊ガイドは日本語のみとさせていただきます。
翻訳アプリや英語での説明ボードを使用し、できるだけ内容をご理解いただけるようにつとめます。
Guides will be available only in Japanese.
Guides will use translation apps and
English explanation boards to help you understand
as much as possible.

英語ガイドの同行をご希望の場合は、1グループにつき8,000円の追加料金で手配いたします。
If you would like an English-speaking guide to accompany you,
this can be arranged for an additional fee of 8,000 yen per group.

＊茶畑までは徒歩で移動します。茶畑には、虫や小動物がいる場合があります。
長袖・長ズボン・歩きやすい運動靴でのご参加をおすすめしています。
We will walk to the tea plantation. Insects and small animals may be present in the tea fields.
We recommend wearing long sleeves, long pants, and comfortable athletic shoes.

＊ツアー10日前からキャンセル料が発生します。
10~8日前…ツアー料金の20%、7~2日前…30%、前日…40%、当日…100%
Cancellation fee will be charged from 10 days prior to the tour.
10~8 days before the tour: 20% of the tour fee, 7~2 days before the tour: 30%, the day before the tour: 40%, the day of the tour: 100%.

＊雨天決行です。当日荒天が予想される場合には、中止とさせていただきます。
その場合の判断は前日午前中に行い、すみやかにご連絡いたします。
中止の際はお預かりしたツアー料金は全額お返しいたします。
The event will be held rain or shine. If stormy weather is expected on the day of the event, the event will be cancelled.
In such a case, a decision will be made in the morning of the day before the tour and we will contact you as soon as possible.
In the event of cancellation, all tour fees will be refunded.

＊手指の消毒にご協力お願いいたします。
37.5℃以上の発熱の症状が確認された場合、また体調がすぐれない場合には参加をご遠慮いただきます。
Please disinfect your hands .
If you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or if you are not feeling well, please refrain from participating in the tour.
